DAN DAUN BELIMBING WULUH (Averrhoa bilimbi L) SEBAGAI ANTIBAKTERI TERHADAP Staphylococcus aureus https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1688
Body odor problems triggered by the activity of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus are a concern in tropical regions such as Indonesia, which have high temperatures and humidity. Long-term use of synthetic chemical deodorants carries the risk of side effects, so safe and effective natural alternatives are needed. This study aims to formulate and evaluate the physical stability and antibacterial effectiveness of a spray deodorant preparation made from a combination of red betel leaf extract (Piper crocatum Ruiz and Pav.) and starfruit leaf extract (Averrhoa bilimbi L.). The extract was obtained through a maceration method with 70% ethanol as a solvent. This study used a laboratory experimental design with a quantitative approach. The study population was a spray deodorant preparation formulated in four variations: F0 (Negative control), F1 (7.5% red betel leaf + 2.5% starfruit leaf), F2 (5% + 5%), and F3 (2.5% + 7.5%). Physical stability tests included organoleptic tests, pH, displaced volume, and homogeneity. Antibacterial activity test was carried out using the well diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923. Data analysis was performed using normality test, homogeneity test, and one-way ANOVA test, and Tukey HSD post-hoc test. The results showed significant differences between treatment groups, but no significant differences between test formulas. All formulas met physical stability standards and showed strong antibacterial activity (inhibition zone 12.1 -14.37 mm). Formula F2 showed the highest inhibition, indicating a synergistic effect of a balanced extract ratio. This study contributes to the development of natural spray deodorant products that are safe, effective, and have the potential to replace synthetic ingredients in pharmaceutical formulations.
Anisa Nurjanah, Zaenal Fanani, Fahrudin Arif Copyright (c) 2025 Anisa Nurjanah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1688 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400 HUBUNGAN EKONOMI MAKRO DAN RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) BANK NUSA TENGGARA BARAT SYARIAH DALAM PENDEKATAN VECTOR ERROR CORRETION MODEL (VECM) https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1694
Banking activity is affected by internal variables and external variables, variable macro economics is a variable that affects banking development. This probe aims to see the variable relationship of macro economy with return on asset banking using the approach vector error correction model (VECM).By taking skunder data at an Ntb sharia bank. The results of this study in the long-term approach of the vecm variable economy macro (birate, inflation and curs ) affect roa bank ntb sharia period 2019-2024.Whereas in the short term model, there is no causality inter-variable relationship., but in fortet analysis of variable decomposition error (FEVD ) and IRF (impulse response function) shows the link between variables in short term, Because the variable macro changes that occur will result in overall banking activity.
Ahmad Ridho Hidayat Copyright (c) 2025 Ahmad Ridho Hidayat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1694 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400 STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN OBYEK WISATA MELALUI PENDEKATAN COMUNITY BASED TOURISM DI PANTAI LAWATA KOTA BIMA TAHUN 2024 https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1656
This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Pantai Lawata tourism object in Bima City through the Community Based Tourism (CBT) approach. The background of this research is based on the great potential of Pantai Lawata as a leading tourist destination with natural beauty, good accessibility, and diverse local culture, but it has not been optimally managed. The CBT approach was chosen because it emphasizes the empowerment of local communities in the planning, management, and implementation of tourism, so that economic and social benefits can be directly experienced by the local community. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants of this research consist of local government, tourism entrepreneurs, community members, and visitors of Pantai Lawata. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the development strategies of Pantai Lawata through CBT include: enhancing community participation in tourism planning and management, developing nature- and culture-based attractions, improving the quality of amenities and accessibility, implementing digital-based promotion, and strengthening partnerships between the government, community, and private sector. Supporting factors of this strategy are natural beauty, strategic location, and government support. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include limited supporting facilities, low capacity of local human resources, and suboptimal promotion.
Khairunisyah Khairunisyah, Siti Atika Rahmi , Yudhi Lestanata, Mustamin H. The background of this research arises from the growing phenomenon of gadget ownership and usage among children. On the one hand, gadgets provide benefits such as enhancing creativity, communication skills, and access to information. On the other hand, they also bring negative effects such as decreased social interaction, tendencies toward individualism, and disciplinary issues. The research applied a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving students, parents, and homeroom teachers. The findings indicate that most students tend to use gadgets more for entertainment than for educational purposes. Regular and supervised gadget use still allows children to remain socially active, while excessive use leads to a decline in direct communication skills, social abilities, and self-control. Various internal, situational, social, and external factors influence how children use gadgets. The conclusion of this study highlights the importance of parental and teacher supervision and guidance to ensure that gadget usage remains limited in duration, directed toward positive purposes, and balanced with social interaction, so that children’s development can remain optimal.
Sapta Yuliansyah, Lishapsari Prihatini, Marleni Marleni, Junior Zamrud Pahalmas Copyright (c) 2025 Sapta Yuliansyah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1676 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400 PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN UMKM BERDASARKAN SAK-EMKM (STUDI KASUS PADA CV. Employing a qualitative approach and Robert Entman’s framing analysis model, the research examines four key elements: problem definition, causal interpretation, moral evaluation, and treatment recommendation. The data were collected from online news articles published by four major national media outlets Tempo.co, Detik.com, Kompas.com, and CNNIndonesia.com between January and June 2025. The findings indicate that most media outlets frame the program positively, emphasizing character-building and discipline, portraying military intervention as a legitimate solution to youth behavioral problems. Criticism regarding child rights violations and psychological impacts appears only as marginal counter-narratives and does not dominate the overall discourse. Media framing plays a significant role in shaping public perception and legitimizing this controversial policy. This study contributes to media studies, local politics, and public policy discourse, and recommends expanding the scope to include local and alternative media through mixed-methods approaches for a more comprehensive understanding.
Endy Setyawan, Ahmad Zaini, Wahid Mubarodin, Asri Aulia, Muhammad Ikhwanul Reza, Malik Ibrahim Copyright (c) 2025 Endy Setyawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1700 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400 PENERAPAN MESIN TEKNOLOGI PASTEURISASI SUSU KAMBING PADA UMKM TANAH JAWA DI SIMALUNGUN https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1679
The limited understanding of MSME partners regarding pasteurization technology, particularly better pasteurization equipment, results in poor pasteurization outcomes and frequent spoilage of milk during goat milk production, such as during the milking process, pasteurization, and spoilage of goat milk due to harmful bacteria. The book, authored by Abuya Al-Habib Hasan bin Ahmad Baharun, contains 540 vocabulary items focused on daily action verbs, systematically arranged in past tense (fi'il madhi), present tense (fi'il mudhari’), and infinitive (masdar) forms, and equipped with contextual usage examples. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through direct classroom observation and documentation of learning activities. The results show that the use of the Kalimat Al-Af’al Al-Yaumiyah book is effective in improving students' vocabulary mastery due to its contextual, easy-to-memorize, and practically applicable content. The learning process is conducted in three stages: the initial stage (introduction and material review), the core stage (pronunciation practice, writing, meaning comprehension, and sentence construction), and the final stage (evaluation and memorization tasks). However, several obstacles were identified, both internal (lack of motivation, laziness, psychological factors) and external (learning environment, monotonous methods, limited facilities). The researcher proposes solutions such as engaging teaching methods, interactive learning strategies, special attention to less active students, and providing motivation and rewards to enhance learning enthusiasm. In conclusion, the Kalimat Al-Af’al Al-Yaumiyah book is considered an effective and practical medium for teaching Arabic vocabulary and can be widely implemented in various educational institutions with the support of appropriate teaching methods and strategies.
Mohamad Shabirin Shaddiq Copyright (c) 2025 Mohamad Shabirin Shaddiq https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1693 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400 PENGUATAN EKOSISTEM WISATA DAN INDUSTRI KOPI DESA MELUNG MELALUI PENGELOLAAN DAN PROMOSI BERBASIS DIGITAL https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1695
This community service program (PMM scheme) aimed to empower the BUMDes and Pokdarwis of Melung Village through an integrated digital intervention to address coffee management and tourism marketing issues. In general, the dominant forms of disputes include; 1) rights disputes, such as late salary payments, underpayment of overtime, wage deductions without legal basis and neglect of normative rights such as leave and social security, 2) interest disputes, such as disputes regarding the service charge distribution system, changes in working hour policies without workers' consent or demands for increased welfare, 3) layoff disputes, which often occur unilaterally by hotel management for reasons of efficiency or disciplinary violations that are not based on proper legal procedures. The characteristics of labor disputes in the hotel industry include; recurring and structural in nature, especially in terms of wages and working hours, involving unequal power relations between management and workers, which makes internal resolution difficult, often not well documented, because some workers are non-permanent or casual, have a direct impact on the reputation and sustainability of the hotel business, considering the nature of the industry that prioritizes image and service. Thus, it can be said that the resolution of labor disputes in the hotel industry requires a comprehensive approach, not only based on positive law but also considering the sociological conditions of the employment relationship, as well as supporting a resolution mechanism that is fast, fair and maintains the stability of industrial relations. The mechanism for resolving labor disputes through mediation and arbitration in the hotel industry has great potential in preventing the escalation of conflict that can be detrimental to both parties and damage the image of the hotel business. However, its effectiveness is highly dependent on an understanding of the law, a commitment to social dialogue, and the commitment of the parties to resolve the problem peacefully outside the litigation channel.
Ni Wayan Seniasih, Komang Edy Dharmasaputra, Kadek Mery Herawati Copyright (c) 2025 Ni Wayan Seniasih https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1678 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400 SOSIALISASI PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN BAGI ANGGOTA KOPERASI SANTIKA JAYA DASAN SARI KELURAHAN KEBUN SARI KOTA MATARAM https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1703
Cooperatives, as people's economic institutions, play a strategic role in supporting community economic independence. This research reports the analysis of ligand-protein interactions, drug-like properties, biological activity, and prediction of ADMET profile of bioactive compounds contains in P. indica leaves as antioxidants. The interaction of the ligand-KEAP1 resulted in the lowest binding affinity value for the stigmasterol compound with a weight of -12.1 Kcal/mol with several chemical bonds formed and produced amino acid residues. Analysis of drug-like properties using SwissADME showed that P. indica complied with all parameters of Lipinski's rule. Biological activity with online PASS test showed high biological activity as an antioxidant. Finally, prediction of ADMET profile using admetSAR showed that P. indica had good pharmacological criteria.
Ria Rismawati, Mar'atus Sholihah, Nur Fajar Aprilia Sari Copyright (c) 2025 Ria Rismawati https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1704 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400 PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH SANDBLASTING INDUSTRI PERKAPALAN MENJADI PRODUK BATA BETON PEJAL MENDUKUNG MATERIAL HIJAU https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1705
Indonesia, as a maritime country, has industrial activities that generate a large amount of waste. One of the largest waste-producing sectors is the shipping industry, particularly from ship maintenance and repair activities in shipyards. In this industry, there is a process called sandblasting, which is used to clean ship surfaces from rust, old paint, and other contaminants. The silica sand used in this sandblasting process is classified as hazardous and toxic waste (B3 waste). This waste poses a risk of environmental pollution if not properly managed. The research problem in this study is how to utilize sandblasting waste as an alternative material in the production of solid concrete bricks. The objective of the study is to process this waste into technically and environmentally feasible solid concrete bricks. The methods used include chemical characterization of raw materials using XRF, making test specimens in the form of 50 × 50 × 50 mm cubes, and conducting compressive strength and TCLP (Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure) tests. The results show that the A2 variation produced a compressive strength of 142 kg/cm², exceeding the SNI 03-0349:1989 standard for quality I concrete bricks, and the TCLP test results indicated that the levels of Cu and Cr met the quality standards set by Government Regulation No. 22 of 2021. Therefore, solid concrete bricks made from hazardous and toxic waste are considered feasible as an environmentally friendly alternative construction material.
Nur Fajar Aprilia Sari, Luqman Cahyono, Amanda Rosalina, Maret’atus Sholihah, Ria Rismawati, Ovi Prina Gastriani, Muhammad Akbar Febianto Copyright (c) 2025 Nur Fajar Aprilia Sari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/ https://www.nusantarahasanajournal.com/index.php/nhj/article/view/1705 Tue, 30 Sep 2025 00:00:00 -0400
