This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of green banking implementation using the Green Coin Rating (GCR) approach and Automated Teller Machines (ATM) as a form of green banking implementation in banking products and services on profitability, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). This study also incorporates bank-specific factors, namely Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), as well as macroeconomic factors such as inflation and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as control variables in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. The population of this study consists of 47 banking companies, with 36 companies selected as samples using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with panel data through EViews 12 software. The results show that green banking, as measured by GCR, does not have a significant effect on profitability. In addition, the number of ATMs also does not significantly affect profitability.
Helmi RomadhonErnie HendrawatyFajrin Satria Dwi Kesumah

GOR Kisaran is a multipurpose building utilized by the community for various activities, such as sports events, meetings, and wedding ceremonies. However, the thermal comfort within the building has been perceived as suboptimal by its users. This study aims to evaluate the building's thermal performance using the Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) approach, with a focus on the building envelope and solar radiation exposure. The calculation results indicate that the east and west façades have OTTV values exceeding the maximum limit of 35 W/m² as stipulated in SNI 03-6389-2020, reaching 58.9 W/m² and 67.3 W/m² respectively. The absence of shading devices on the glass façades is identified as the primary cause of excessive heat gain. The proposed solution involves the implementation of adaptive bamboo curtain walls, which are environmentally friendly, flexible, and cost-effective. This strategy is expected to reduce heat load, enhance thermal comfort, and promote energy efficiency in tropical buildings
Dinnie Ananda Rizky

This study aims to analyze the forms of community participation in Sebasang Village in implementing village development and the factors influencing it. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation of informants directly related to the research focus. The results indicate that community participation in village development has been implemented at the planning, implementation, utilization, and evaluation stages, but the level of participation is not yet optimal. Participation is still dominated by certain groups with relatively low levels of community presence and active participation. Community participation is influenced by internal factors, such as education level, employment, and community awareness, as well as external factors including information transparency, accountability, responsiveness, consensus, equality, effectiveness, and efficiency of village development implementation. Therefore, an active role is needed by the village government in realizing transparent, accountable, and participatory development governance to increase community participation and support sustainable village development.
Kesi JusmitaAldi Apriansyah

Community political participation is an important indicator in assessing the quality of local democracy, particularly in the implementation of regional head elections (pilkada). In the 2024 sumbawa regency pilkada, the level of voter participation showed a declining trend compared to the previous period, indicating the need for an in-depth study of the election organizer’s strategy. This study aims to analyze the factors causing the decline in voter participation in the 2024 sumbawa regency pilkada (a study on the strategy of the sumbawa regency general election commission). Specifically, this research examines the factors contributing to the decrease in voter participation and analyzes the strategy of the general election commission (komisi pemilihan umum/kpu) of sumbawa regency in the implementation of the 2024 pilkada. The focus of the study is directed toward the kpu’s program strategy in the form of voter education and socialization activities and their relation to voter participation levels. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation involving informants from the kpu of sumbawa regency and members of the community. The data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the kpu of sumbawa regency has implemented program strategies through public meetings, social action activities, and the provision of complaint channels as a means of public participation. However, the implementation of these strategies still faces limitations in terms of outreach, the predominance of face-to-face socialization methods, and the socio-economic conditions of the community that affect voter engagement. In conclusion, the limited effectiveness of the kpu’s program strategy is one of the factors contributing to the decline in voter participation in the 2024 sumbawa regency regional head election.
Lasmi Indah SariLeni Nurul Kariyani

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Sharia Supervisory Board on tax avoidance in Islamic banking in Indonesia during the 2020–2024 period. The study is motivated by the low Effective Tax Rate (ETR), which indicates tax avoidance practices, and the suboptimal implementation of corporate governance in Islamic banking. This research employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The data used are secondary data derived from financial statements of 10 Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The analysis method used is panel data regression. The results show that the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors have a positive effect on tax avoidance, while the Sharia Supervisory Board has a negative effect. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence tax avoidance. These findings indicate that corporate governance plays an important role in determining corporate tax policies.
Karnila PutriUsdeldi UsdeldiAtar Satria Fikri

Sleep disturbances during the postpartum period can affect maternal health and the quality of infant care. One of the non-pharmacological interventions that can be used to improve sleep quality is mindfulness therapy. This study aimed to determine the effect of mindfulness therapy on the sleep quality of postpartum mothers. The study used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach. The research subjects were postpartum mothers who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention in the form of mindfulness therapy was administered in three sessions over one week according to standard operating procedures. Sleep quality was measured using the pittsburgh sleep quality index (psqi) questionnaire. The pre-test measurement was conducted before the mindfulness intervention, while the post-test measurement was carried out after all intervention sessions had been completed. The results showed that the average psqi score before the intervention was 12.3, indicating poor sleep quality among postpartum mothers. After mindfulness therapy was administered, the average psqi score decreased to 6.4, indicating an improvement in the respondents’ sleep quality. Statistical analysis was conducted to compare psqi scores before and after the intervention. The wilcoxon test results showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test psqi scores with a p-value < 0.05, indicating that mindfulness therapy had a significant effect on improving postpartum mothers’ sleep quality. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that mindfulness therapy is effective as a non-pharmacological intervention in improving the sleep quality of postpartum mothers and may be considered for implementation in postpartum maternal healthcare services.
Rada Elya ArsyaDwi AstutiIrawati Indrianingrum

Public service is one of the main functions of government in fulfilling community needs and realizing public welfare. High-quality public services have a direct impact on the level of community satisfaction as service users. The Village Office, as the frontline of local government administration, plays a strategic role in providing administrative and social services to the community. However, various public complaints are still found regarding service processes that are perceived as not yet optimal, particularly in terms of procedures, service speed, and the attitudes of service officers. This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction with public services at the Marga Karya Village Office in 2024 and to identify the factors that hinder the implementation of public services. The research employed a quantitative method using a survey approach. The population of this study consisted of all residents of Marga Karya Village, totaling 1,858 people, with a sample of 329 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale, while data analysis was conducted using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the guidelines of the Decree of the Minister for Administrative Reform Number 25 of 2004. The results indicate that the overall level of community satisfaction with public services at the Marga Karya Village Office falls within the fairly good to satisfactory category. Community satisfaction was measured using five dimensions of service quality (SERVQUAL), namely tangible aspects, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Nevertheless, several inhibiting factors affecting service quality were identified, including limited facilities and infrastructure, service speed, cost transparency, as well as the competence and discipline of village officials. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the Marga Karya Village Office continuously improve service quality through strengthening human resource capacity, simplifying service procedures, and enhancing supporting facilities in order to achieve more effective, efficient, and community-oriented public services.
Ulan Absari PutryLeni Nurul Kariyani

This study aims to analyze the current financial management practices of fishermen in Dusun Koko, Tanjung Luar Village, East Lombok, and to formulate effective strategies for improving their economic stability and income. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving five fishermen as the main informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that most fishermen still manage their finances in a traditional manner without structured recordkeeping, causing fluctuating and seasonal income to be spent primarily on daily consumption without allocation for savings, investment, or emergency funds. Recommended strategies include implementing the 5-3-2 income allocation system, adopting simple financial recordkeeping, establishing emergency funds, conducting financial literacy training involving fishermen’s wives, and diversifying businesses through seafood processing and non-fishing side enterprises. Applying these strategies is expected to increase income by up to 20% during lean fishing seasons, strengthen economic resilience, and promote sustainable financial independence among fishermen.
M Kholil Al FarisiTriana Lidona AprilaniDara Nida UtamieBaiq Dewi Lita Andiana

Changes in modern dietary patterns have led to an increase in fast food consumption among adolescents. Fast food is generally high in calories, saturated fat, and sugar, but low in fiber, which may contribute to an energy imbalance when consumed excessively. Consequently, excessive fast food consumption can increase the risk of overweight and obesity among adolescents. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between fast food consumption patterns and anthropometric status, specifically overweight and obesity, among high school students in Bone identified as having overnutrition tendencies. This study employed a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach, in which all variables were observed simultaneously at a single point in time to assess the relationship between risk factors and their outcomes. Data were collected using a fast food consumption behavior questionnaire and anthropometric measurements to determine the nutritional status of the respondents. The study sample consisted of 49 respondents selected using a total sampling technique. Fast food consumption data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics, while anthropometric measurements were obtained using a microtoise and a weighing scale. The results of the chi-square test showed a statistically significant relationship between fast food consumption and anthropometric status (p = 0.041).
This study is motivated by the development of digital technology in non-cash payment systems through the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), particularly at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Although the use of BSI QRIS among culinary MSME merchants in Telanaipura District, Jambi City is relatively high quantitatively, the digital understanding of business actors remains low and its implementation is not yet optimal. This condition indicates a gap between the level of usage and the quality of QRIS utilization in supporting more efficient, transparent, and professional business management. This study aims to determine the level of digital understanding of culinary MSME merchants regarding the use of BSI QRIS, analyze its implementation in daily business activities, and identify the efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia to improve understanding and optimize the use of BSI QRIS. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of culinary MSME merchants located on Arif Rahman Hakim Street, Telanaipura District, Jambi City. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity is ensured through triangulation. The results show that the digital understanding of MSME merchants regarding BSI QRIS is still relatively low and uneven. Most merchants use QRIS only as a non-cash payment tool without fully understanding its functions, benefits, and operational mechanisms. The implementation of BSI QRIS in business activities is still administrative and formal in nature, and has not been optimally utilized for transaction recording and financial management. The efforts made by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) include socialization and education, assistance and facilitation, as well as monitoring and evaluation, which have improved digital understanding and encouraged QRIS adoption; however, their implementation is not yet fully optimal due to uneven distribution and limited follow-up on evaluation results.
Salma MauliyantiAmbok PangiukFaturahman Faturahman

Community-based interventions are an effective strategy that can improve public awareness and behavior related to hypertension. This literature review aims to evaluate hypertension prevention and control behaviors through community-based interventions as a strategy. This study used a literature review method by examining 9 journals obtained from reputable databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Proquest, published between 2022 and 2025. The analysis of these 9 articles indicates that community-based interventions involve intervention approaches based on behavioral theory models, interventions that emphasize increasing community-based health literacy and utilizing technology, and analysis of behavioral determinants, lifestyle, and systemic barriers that influence hypertension prevention and control practices. Therefore, hypertension prevention and control behaviors through community-based interventions are an effective strategy to minimize negative health impacts.
Syamsuriah SyamsuriahSakinah Amir

Herbal-based complementary therapy approaches have recently gained attention in pediatric surgery due to their potential to support wound healing, reduce inflammation, decrease oxidative stress, and accelerate tissue regeneration. Indonesia possesses rich biodiversity of medicinal plants that have the potential to be developed as adjuvant therapies based on evidence-based medicine. This article aims to review the potential of Indonesian herbal medicine in the context of pediatric surgery through a molecular biomedical approach, focusing on wound healing, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory mechanisms. The method used in this study was a narrative literature review by searching scientific articles from PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases published between 2015 and 2025. The review findings indicate that several Indonesian herbs, including turmeric (Curcuma longa), moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera), ginger (Zingiber officinale), aloe vera (Aloe vera), and temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza), exhibit biological activities through the regulation of NF-κB, TGF-β, VEGF, and PI3K/Akt pathways, as well as modulation of inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress. The bioactive compounds of these herbs have the potential to accelerate angiogenesis, fibroblast proliferation, collagen synthesis, and wound epithelialization. Molecular approaches suggest that Indonesian herbal medicine has promising potential as a complementary therapy in pediatric surgical patients, particularly in the management of postoperative wounds and tissue inflammation.
Mashdarul Ma’arif Riki NovaFebianne EldrianDhina Lydia LestariKhomeini Khomeini

Background: Breast cancer is a malignancy originating from epithelial cells of the breast ducts or lobules. Clinicopathological characteristics are important in determining prognosis and treatment. Understanding these features is essential to support early detection and improve management strategies. Objective: This study aimed to describe the clinicopathological features of breast cancer patients at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang in 2023. Methods: This descriptive observational study used a cross-sectional design with secondary data. A total of 114 samples were collected using the total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. Results: Among 114 breast cancer patients, the most common age group was 35–44 years, accounting for 37 patients (32.5%). The predominant histopathological subtype was Mixed Infiltrating Duct NST with Lobular Carcinoma in 37 patients (32.5%). Histopathological grading was most commonly grade 2 in 79 patients (69.3%). Positive lymphovascular invasion was identified in 76 patients (66.7%). The most frequent molecular subtype was Luminal B, found in 51 patients (44.7%). Conclusion: Breast cancer was most prevalent in patients aged 35–44 years. The dominant histopathological subtype was Mixed Infiltrating Duct NST with Lobular Carcinoma, with grade 2 and positive lymphovascular invasion most frequently observed. Luminal B was the predominant molecular subtype. Increasing awareness of early detection through breast self-examination is recommended.
Muhammad RifkiNana LianaIrwan TriansyahRoland HelmizarLismawati LismawatiDesi AliefiaMuhammad Rizki SaputraRuhsyahadati RuhsyahadatiRahma Triyana

Currently, toddlers are among the age group vulnerable to nutritional problems due to malnutrition. Nutritional problems in toddlers can cause short-term and long-term effects on child development, such as impaired brain development, physical growth retardation, decreased immunity, metabolic disorders, and an increased risk of non-communicable diseases. Stunting, wasting, and underweight are related to nutritional status in children. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of toddler mothers regarding balanced nutrition. The method of community service is balanced nutrition counseling in toddler mother class activities using PowerPoint and banner media. Before the presentation of the material, participants first took a pre-test on balanced nutrition and continued with material delivery and evaluation through a post-test. The results of community service activities through counseling showed an increase in knowledge of toddler mothers about balanced nutrition. This community service activity was carried out as an effort to increase mothers' awareness in providing a nutritious menu for the growth and development of toddlers.
Sriwidyastuti SriwidyastutiSusilawati SusilawatiErmawati ErmawatiSumarni SumarniMusdalifah Musdalifah
